All employees must be aware of, and adhere to, safe working practices to ensure their own and others safety.
Any hazards involved with work on site, will be monitored on a daily basis by our company's representative, to ensure a safe working environment is maintained. All tools and machinery will be properly maintained. Protective clothing will be made available to employees. Employees will receive training to ensure our company meets its legal responsibilities under The Health & Safety at Work etc Act 1974.
As part of D C Building Developments Ltd Health & Safety program, we provide:

•A qualified First Aider
•The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007
•CPP (Construction Phase Plan) Permits to Work
The Health & Safety Policy shall be reviewed and updated on a regular basis and is available on request.
